Dear Visitors,
The F.A.Q. section of our website allows you to ask questions about our products and our company.
Alternatively you can E-mail us about your questions.

The main business theme of Himalayan Handicrafts is to promote and sell creative handcrafted items made by contemporary artists living in Nepal. As part of this, Himalayan Handicrafts continually encourages Nepali artists and artisans to refine their creativity by providing an online market for their products at attractive prices.HimalayanHandicrafts.com also helps international importers introduce Nepali handcrafted items to their countries at reasonable cost. In fact, Himalayan Handicrafts is B2B merchant and serves as a bridge between individual artists and importers. We strongly believe in fair trade policy.

Shipment

To accomodate our customers and provide the best service, we offer a variety of shipment options. You may choose a shipping method according to your needs. Your shipping cost will depend on the shipping option chosen.

Please note that:

o Shiping cost depends on order size and weight and on final destination(s).

o Our products are valid for import to all destinations around the world.

o Mode of shipment normally is determined by the buyer, but certain products, or products of certain values, must be shipped by specific carriers and methods to insure safe and secure delivery.

o Since most of our products are handmade, there can be slight variations in volume and weights among seemingly similar shipments and quantities.

o We use most popular shippers and handlers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and Sky Net (DPEX).

o It might take from a week to several months transit time to receive your order, depending on the shipping method you select. For example, shipments by sea freight in volumes smaller than full sea container size can take up to four months, and occasionally longer. By contrast, shipment by air freight may take only a week. Air freight, however, is charged by weight and so is best suited to light weight merchandise.
